Hello Summer! Meredith Kessler is back with another workout for some extra fun in the sun, and this time we’re hitting the water. What’s not to love about being in the pool, lake or ocean when the weather is heating up? Plus, you might also get a bit of a tan from all the sunshine! So grab your swimsuit, goggles, towel, and favorite ZÜPA — we’re about to make a splash!
Our Ironman queen just placed first in another Ironman race a week ago, in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. Way to go MBK, we’re so proud of all your accomplishments this year! Step 1: Swim 500 meters EASY to warm up
Step 2: Swim 100 meters smooth (75% effort) with 15 seconds rest
Step 3: Swim 100 fast (90% effort) with 15 seconds rest
Step 4: Swim 100 smooth (75% effort) with 5 seconds rest
Step 5: Swim 100 strong (100% effort, all you have) with 15 seconds rest
Step 6: Swim 200 meters smooth (75% effort) with 15 seconds rest
Step 7: Swim 200 fast (90% effort) with 15 seconds rest
Step 8: Swim 200 smooth (75% effort) with 5 seconds rest
Step 9: Swim 200 strong (100% effort, all you have) with 15 seconds rest
Step 10: Swim 400 smooth, cool down!
