Superfood Souping plan, or simply like to make a #soupswap a day, subscribing is the easiest, most cost-effective way to get deliveries of your favorite soups.
HOW IT WORKS
- Choose the bundle of your choice, or build your own custom mix
- Select your preferred shipment frequency from the dropdown on the right side of page (just under where it says “Subscribe & Save”) – choose from weekly, every two weeks, or monthly
- Hit the “Add to Crate” button just below that
- Proceed to checkout – your 10% discount will automatically be applied to each shipment
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you’ll need to cancel at least 5 days before your next payment is due to avoid being charged for that shipment.
Q: Can I swap soups in my subscription?
A: At this time we do not allow substitutions on subscriptions. If you would like to modify an existing subscription, please cancel and place a new order.
Q: When will I be billed for my subscription?
A: Your next billing date can be found by logging into your account on drinkzupa.com and accessing the “My Subscriptions” section.
Q: What happens if I need to change my shipping or billing address?
A: Log in to your account and access the “My Addresses” section and click the “edit” button which will allow you to modify either address.
Q: How do I skip a delivery? Do I need to cancel my subscription if I go on vacation or can I just put my account on ‘pause’?
A: If you are traveling and need to skip a delivery (or a few), you can easily do so! From our homepage, click ‘My Account’ (that little person-shaped icon in the top right corner) and you’ll be taken to your account page from which you can then click on ‘Subscriptions’ on the left side of the page. You’ll be able to see your last payment, your next payment, and you’ll see a number of options including ‘Suspend’. You’re able to suspend your payment for up to three weeks – anything beyond that, you’ll have to cancel your account and re-subscribe.
Q: How far in advance do I need to suspend my account in order to avoid being charged for the next delivery?
A: You have to suspend your account 5 days before your next payment is due.
